Reflexology in Godalming: A Gentle Way to Make Time for Yourself

Sometimes, making time for yourself doesn’t have to mean doing something complicated. A quiet hour to pause, switch off and simply be looked after can make a welcome difference.

As a Level 5 Clinical Reflexologist, I offer reflexology in and around Godalming, creating a calm space where you can slow down, relax and enjoy some time dedicated entirely to you.

What is reflexology?

Reflexology is a complementary therapy that involves applying gentle pressure to specific areas of the feet or hands.

During a treatment, you’ll be comfortably supported in a reclining chair while I work through the feet using a range of reflexology techniques. I use a vegan balm during foot reflexology, and blankets and eye masks are available if you’d like to make yourself even more comfortable.

For many people, the treatment provides an opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life and enjoy a period of deep relaxation.

A treatment tailored to you

Every person is different, and I don’t believe reflexology should be a one-size-fits-all experience.

Before your first appointment, I’ll take time to understand a little more about you and what you’d like from your treatment. Your session can then be adapted to your individual needs and preferences.

Whether you’re completely new to reflexology or it’s something you’ve enjoyed before, you’re welcome to ask questions and talk through what you’d like from your appointment.

My aim is to provide a warm, comfortable and unhurried experience where you can properly switch off.

Reflexology in Godalming and the surrounding area

I offer reflexology appointments in Godalming and the surrounding areas, including mobile appointments where appropriate.

If you’re looking for a reflexologist in Godalming, you don’t necessarily need to travel far to enjoy a treatment. I can discuss the available options when you get in touch and find an appointment that works for you.

I also work across surrounding areas of Surrey, West Sussex and Hampshire.

More than just time on the treatment couch

I believe that complementary therapies can be a valuable part of making space for your own wellbeing.

You don’t need to have a particular reason for booking reflexology. You might simply want some time to relax, you’re feeling overwhelmed by a busy period, or you’d like to make regular self-care part of your routine.

There’s something lovely about being able to put your phone away, stop thinking about your to-do list and have someone else take care of you for a change.

Indian Head Massage

Alongside reflexology, I also offer Indian Head Massage (IHM).

IHM is performed fully clothed and without oils, focusing on the head, face, neck, shoulders and upper back. It can be booked as a standalone 45-minute treatment or incorporated into one of my signature experiences alongside reflexology.

If you’re not sure which treatment would suit you best, I’m always happy to talk through the options before you book.

Take a little time for yourself

You don’t have to wait until life becomes quieter to make time for yourself.

Sometimes the quieter moments have to be created.

If you’re looking for reflexology in Godalming, I’d love to welcome you for a treatment and give you the opportunity to slow down, switch off and simply enjoy some time for yourself.
